Not sure what made me go up this week. Still no cheats but it still went up.
201.4 lb Lost so far: 25.6 lb.    Still to go: 66.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
on diet LCHF: Low carb, High fat / Ketogenic Diet   gaining 0.4 lb a week

Weight fluctuates for no reason sometimes. No sweat! Just keep on track.
