So I am finally back on track...gotta new gym membership since having to make an adjustment in my work-life. Now for this last 10 lbs to fall off. Salads and cereal let's see what I can do!
210.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
