I thought I lost more, but the evidence dictates. My jaw has been taking a hammering with my chomping on carrots and coconuts. I will attempt to give just the carrots a break. More eating corn and other vegetables. I must say that I have been having an affinity towards eating regular foods; there has been some temptations, but so far I am maintaining my goal of 4 months. Unfortunately the weight loss is not that positive. I am learning a lot about my body being on a vegetable diet.
