Ugghh, you would think I would learn to just stick to the diet and not give in to my food urges!
Sometimes I really, really binge eat. Like this morning, when before leaving for work I had 2 eggs, 2 cupcakes, a cheese stick, a yogurt, some more cheese, some cashews and almonds. I just kept shoveling the food in.
Got to work and had 1/2 of a little dutch apple pie (6in pie). Oatmeal for lunch, and another yogurt.
Note that I bought the pie, I made the cupcakes, these foods are around because I put them there!
