I expected a bigger loss this morning but I was happy it was in the right direction. Today went well at work. I ate my packed salad and snacks and stayed on track. Tonight I might need to refrain from stopping at a drive through as I will be out a little late. Im going to have a quick nap and then make my go to. Eggs.
