my officemates and i went to KFC last night. and they ordered a lot. but i dint eat ANYTHING. just water. and i'm proud to tell them that "no thanks, ill have my workout later and there's nothing healthy on the table" it was a new me i can say :)
171.9 lb Lost so far: 2.1 lb.    Still to go: 28.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
