I am not sure what happened but I was on a bad diet over the last couple of days, with a lot of sodium. I am back on recording everything I eat and feel like today is a brand new start...
270.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 120.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
