I actually did my weigh in last night, but I didn't log it...230.2lbs...exactly the same...I had a couple of really high sodium days this week, so I think that may be the culprit...although I'm sure the donuts didn't help either, but the calorie counts were okay except for Thursday...and I did have some beer but that was the problem on Thursday...

Anyway, I may be out of town for two days this week so I will have to watch what I eat...

It's snowing again...expecting 10cm (3") yet today...yay, more shoveling...looking forward to that...

230.2 lb Lost so far: 36.8 lb.    Still to go: 45.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Donuts, beer and high sodium will do it...ugh. But it's a new week with new good choices to make...fresh start and all. :) Watch your back while shoveling. Sending sunny smiles from Cali.

Make sure you weigh at the same time each week, same scale, same clothes for the most accurate gauge of weight loss. Otherwise, the readings wont be accurate because of many factors (sodium included).

It's just a matter of taking the baddies into account, learning from them and moving on. Maybe three culprits this week could be reduced to two or one next week?
