I finally lost another pound. Computer has been down almost all weekend and just came back on line today. It is very frustrating! I hollered at the internet provider and they gave me a credit on my bill. Sometimes it pays to complain.
Anyway my diet is going well. I am getting plenty of exercise and craving has been minimal.
171.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
