I have been eating, not paying too much attention what I actually shove in my mouth. I have more control during the day but at night time. Hubby and I don't feel like cooking therefore its always take out. I will get back on track, taking it slow for now. I still have 8 more months to go to accomplish my goal that could be accomplished in 2 months. I want to hire someone to cook my dinners and I think I found a personal trainer to help me with the right exercises. Just have not contacted the personal trainer yet.
