i am happy that I could loose some weight in this cold. I know I have reached my goal weight but I would like to lose another 1 or 2 kg for the winter because I know it is going to be a little tough on me then I have a few kg to play with. I hope everyone has a great weekend

157.0 lb Lost so far: 94.4 lb. Still to go: 0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

losing 1.8 lb a week
