Rough, rough week. Too many needs to eat out this week, meetings, get togethers etc. I actually gained weight. I was down to 304.4, but with 5 days of struggling to make good choices in bad situations--(which I lost the battle a few days, I lost less than a pound this week. My 1st goal is to be at 300 lbs, when I get on the plane on the 21st--don't know if I will achieve.....
305.8 lb Lost so far: 50.2 lb.    Still to go: 105.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 10 March 2010:
1433 kcal Fat: 49.81g | Prot: 93.36g | Carb: 161.50g.   Breakfast: quaker mini chocolate rice cakes, finlandia heavenly light swiss, oscar meyer shaved ham, sandwich thins. Lunch: Chicken Breast, Roasted Potato. Dinner: Healthy Options Honey French Dressing, Baby Carrots, Cherry Tomatoes, Sliced Pepperoni, Natural Shredded Reduced Fat made with 2% Milk Italian Three Cheese, Mama Mary's Pizza Crusts Gourmet 7 3 Ct. Snacks/Other: Light Fat Free Yogurt. more...

Dixiechic: You know you can do this. Look how far you have already come - if with some struggle. Remember that your sister will be there on your trip to help you through. That will really help. If you can - journal and let us know how you are doing while you're on vacation. We will be here for you too. Glad to be your buddy!
