Well almost there, very happy with the results especially since last week we were on a long holiday weekend and had some fried food at the beach. Was back on the straight and narrow and hitting it hard, some of the weight is now as lean muscle. Went to get a couple of new pairs of shorts for work and had to get another size down ( great problem to have ). Funny that sassy little voice in my head is saying " You can do it Waterboy !! "
176.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
