I had a very good first week. I am happy with the results. I was losing a pound a day at first, and had to slow it down on purpose. It was making me feel weak to lose the weight that fast. I am going to keep pushing forward with the induction phase this week and will look forward to similar results this week.

Yea Me!!!!!
223.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 58.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
