Snoogies's Journal, 08 May 2017

Today was official end of Week 1 weigh in and waist measurement. Total weight loss for week is 4 lbs and more importantly 3 1/2 " loss on waist circumference YaHoo! For the first time in I don't know how long I slept in to 10:00 AM this morning. I feel great, very motivated to start Week 2, and the sun is shining, oh yes and Macron won the french election, it doesn't get much better than that!
202.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 42.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

That is wonderful! I just took my measurements this weekend and look forward to tracking that losses that way instead of being tied to the scale! You are keeping me inspired!

Inspiration will get us most of the way to our goals, along with consistency! Any person that I can inspire in even a little way goes a long way to help me stay focused. Thank you for your comments and let me know how the measuring in next week goes!
