I believe I've found something that will work for me. This is day 2 of 44 - 4. I will eat tonight around 6 PM. Not a bad sleep considering I haven't eaten since Saturday evening, but then I knew to expect that from a fast. Considering chasing this with the Warrior diet. It's almost hunting season after all.
201.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 9.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Basically no cal beverages other than fresh juices (which I'll forgo because of the insulin spike) fresh fruit and veggies just to assuage hunger until the evening meal. Basically a 20:4 IF with fruits and veggies allowed in moderation prior to the 4 hour evening.

It's a lot of not eating. :) It might work for me because of an old adage I found the other day which seems to fit me. "It's easier to abstain than to moderate."

How many days do you fast?? I just can't do that.....blood sugar goes crazy after a couple of hours.....did manage to stay on rdi for three days now....think I am down a pound but you know how temperamental scales are.....happy that what you are doing is working for you......are you sure your body was HAPPY or just in shock??????
