I'm a little shocked at my weight loss...not that I had a bad week diet wise, but I didn't think it was that great...but I'll take the results...maybe my body is just reacting to the exercise & stuff??
I don't know...hopefully I can keep the momentum going...and continue with about 3lbs per week...
