Wooo Hooo! I made it back down and then plus some! A semi healthy breakfast and a hike with my girls, yes please! Have a good weekend everyone!
179.9 lb Lost so far: 26.8 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
