I did it! I am so excited. I was only back in the 200s for less than a week. I guess I needed that little "kick in the pants" to get me going again.

I've been walking 2-3 times/day at work (for 10-15 minutes each) and getting on my Gazelle in the mornings before work.

I've gone back to stage one of south beach, because I was craving too much of the bad foods.

Anyway, I hope everyone has a great weekend.
196.4 lb Lost so far: 42.6 lb.    Still to go: 66.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

great job.i have finally got back to working out on my gazelle in the morning.right after breakfast.have to schedule it or i wont do it.
