I need to learn how to eat when hungry and not eat mindlessly. I have the thought but need to translate it into action.
201.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Do you exercise? For me, exercise helps curb my appetite greatly. I also purchase a lot of fruit which I can eat anytime of the day. I may eat up to 7 to 8 servings of various fruits on days that I have the munchies.

Yeah, I do exercise and eat a lot of fruit. The problem is the other stuff I eat.

Me too. Over half of what I put into my mouth is because I'm bored, or I just WANT it. I don't need it. I try to remind myself constantly of "eat to live, don't LIVE TO EAT". But unfortunately for me, my mindset is LIVE TO EAT. I just love it so much that I don't know how to get my mind off food.
