Grr... frustrated I only lost half a pound!
195.5 lb Lost so far: 10.5 lb.    Still to go: 50.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hang in there! I know how frustrating it can be to only see that half pound loss, but at least it wasn't in the other direction!
