I am getting more and more comments every day about my weight loss and it really makes a huge difference. It helps with the confidence and makes you want to keep going. I am also getting into the whole Gym idea and starting to enjoy it.
305.8 lb Lost so far: 33.7 lb.    Still to go: 96.3 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
