can't seem to stay at 130. the minute I hit it I jump back up again grrrr. kinda thinking that size 6 is never gonna happen. think I'd need to get to 125 to make it there and.. well.. yeah. not ovulating this month it seems. the joys of pushing 50
133.6 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 3.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Xyngular   gaining 0.1 lb a week

I share your pain. I get on a good roll and then the next day I am 2+ lbs. I don't understand how it can change so quickly?

Don't forget that muscle weighs more than fat so if you are eating healthier and increasing your activity levels, you could see a weight gain before a loss, but know that your size 6 is doable (unless of course you have any medical conditions preventing you from being more active or from making changes to your food) !! Usually , it all depends on how much you want it and how dedicated you are at reaching those goals.
