Hey Kellin! Thanks for the support! To answer your question I lost 4 pounds in 2 weeks, not 1. So I guess I lost about 2 pounds a week. Basically, I cut out sugar and alcohol altogether and went way down on carbs. Lots of fruits and veggies for me! Sorry for the weird place for my response. I couldn't figure out how to reply the 'correct' way. Looks like you are doing really well. Keep up the good work!

Hey, thanks, I have been working hard, being disciplinated is not easy, sometimes I fail because food is good haha, but I am sure what I want, good luck!!
