uh..leftover weight from previous weekend's celebration for my sister. I did however lose more body fat.

Upped my cardio and weight loss game at least. So, even though I am not thrilled by the weight gain, at least I know that I am doing something about it.
171.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
