Had a set back cuz I'm FREAKIN about my upcoming knee replacement. It's not like food makes things better....it's just what I've learned to do when I'm anxious 'bout sumpin'. Trying to unlearn it now. Substitutes:...prayer....cup of tea....prayer....swimming....clean/organize....prayer....read. Usually, I'm at work and bored when most anxious. So, prayer, tea, and read are applicable there. Just gotta be MINDFUL and ENGAGED and make it happen!!💪
182.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.2 lb a week

Sounds like a good strategy. I used to walk around my office to chase away anxiety and boredom.

I SIT for a living...in a room at the hospital for 8 hrs. with a patient who is either detoxing, suicidal,homicidal, or other altered mental state. So what I can do is limited. Writing like this and doing words with friends and Tetris helps too 😏 but can't do 8 hrs. of THAT.
