Okay, starting again! Which seems to be the story of my life...starting again!!! For the next 46 days I will be following a mostly vegan diet. This has worked for me in the past and I'm hoping it will work for me again. I must begin to get some intentional structured physical activity in my day though. I am so out of shape the least bit of exertion causes me to want to just sit down. But I am starting again!
