Don't think i can blame it on water weight, because if i am honest i have eaten crap all week! Back to it today before i completely blow all my good work! 😠
153.5 lb Lost so far: 29.5 lb.    Still to go: 8.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Thanks buddies 🙂 i am hoping it's because of hormones as that's why i have been binge eating. So today I am not having any sugar. Water only to drink and not eating til this evening! I am looking at a detox plan too!
