Oh My! I went on an 11 day cruise 🚢 with reckless abandon.
189.0 lb Lost so far: 73.0 lb.    Still to go: 59.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

For that very reason I do not do cruises - just book the holiday on the actual island and then spend my time water-skiing, hiking, biking, etc. Gotta move to burn off all those drinks!

I sure going on a cruise isn't something you do very often. Hope you enjoyed every minute of cruise. It was something special and you down to earth and back on track. It's the start of a new week; you'll do fine this week.
