Well, a house full of company can definitely derail the best intentions. That said, I guess it could have been much worse. Held back from a lot of temptation, but did give in to wine and other adult beverages almost every night. Even though one or two wouldn't matter, the net sum does. This is how I learn, I guess.

This morning, the house is empty, there's lots to clean up and the movement will help get back on track. At least I've got a good path to follow. :)
164.5 lb Lost so far: 4.5 lb.    Still to go: 39.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
