Had coffee to see if I could move my bowels then weigh... Fail.. LOL. But, it was still a good weigh in.

I'm looking forward to dinner out tonight. Think were having Mexican. Yummmm....

I'm a happy girl, new low today! 💙
211.8 lb Lost so far: 27.6 lb.    Still to go: 71.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I feel ya - I confess on weigh-in day, "moving my bowels" is probably the hardest thing aside from getting on the scale. I usually try to give myself a couple of hours when I first get up to see if the "earth will move", but it just doesn't always happen. What kills me is after I weigh, my colon perks up and is suddenly ready to go! I lot it up to intestinal stage fright! lol

Coffee trick only works if you take it without cream/milk/additives.

Yes, Soon, I choked down black coffee. But I feel I didn't drink enough.. I didn't want to greatly impact liquid consumption. I usually works if I have a cup of more. Had lots less than half!

Good grief. I drink half a pot a morning, coupled with a piece or two of fresh fruit (Fiber!) and it works like a charm. Tea in the evenings after dinner works well, too.
