Hello and happy Friday FS!

Woo hoo! The weekend is almost here! My weight is back to where it was thank goodness! My exercise was down this week ... Too many work hours. I need to find more me time. Still feeling puny today but I think better than yesterday... Power through today and set my sights on the three day weekend! Woo hoo!

157.0 lb Lost so far: 23.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
