This whole diet/weight/healthy eating cchallenge is mostly in the brain...I KNOW that....I struggle with why
I insist on "sub-par"performance...over and over....if a person doesn't eat ON PLAN then the results will certainly NOT be on plan...have a mindful and healthy weekend FS Buddies!!!!
378.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 138.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.6 lb a week

Yep! I repeat in my head "Flavor is fleeting, calories are not!" Most of the time it works.

Yes, you have to be consistent with this. Struggling with it myself at the moment...
