Yay! I didn't think my weight would be lowered today because I cheated a little yesterday and had some non fat, frozen yogurt and was finally feeling a little better and ate more :) I guess Zumba did the trick!
175.2 lb Lost so far: 4.8 lb.    Still to go: 25.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
