I'm quite unprepared for this ubrupt reversal in weight loss. I've not changed anything, no cheating, no high calories.

It will take this jump as part of the journey. I was looking at the start of this month with excited eyes.

There's no quit on me,. .... On with OMAD and KETO.
217.2 lb Lost so far: 22.2 lb.    Still to go: 77.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

just 1.4 lbs? that could just be fluctuation of water weight and general bloat. I bet your next week (with a bit lower sodium - particularly if you eat any frozen or canned diet food) will be another big weight losd

Sometimes I think the body just begins to resist a while and then the trend begins downward again. Some foods we choose have more salt than we think. For myself, if I drink too many drinks with artificial sweetener then I seem to have a plateau or weight loss stall. Keep up the good work and motivation.
