I have to admit, I'm okay with just maintaining weight at this point. The broken toe is still swollen and until it's healed, lower body work is out. Working upper body hard, but they're far smaller muscle groups, so there's far less metabolic activity. Still dealing with eating junk (spelled crappy carbs) from time to time, but the calories are in check.
203.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
