Still feeling good, no hunger.

This morning I listened to the Abel James' podcast Fat-Burning Man dated 3/17/17: Dr. Andrew Miles - Why We Binge on Junk (and What To Do About It). Very informative!
303.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 63.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
