Not bad as I was at a beer festival on Friday night, down town for a long walk followed by a few beers, Sunday bought our new garden furniture and then had treats!!! I have to say using this app is the best.
150.8 lb Lost so far: 25.7 lb.    Still to go: 20.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
