49.6% fat... My initial reaction upon weighing was, you're kidding" I really thought I would do better last week!
I stuck to my plan, even cut back on the weekend and worked out 5 days for 32-34 minutes each day!! I am finding that I'm not preoccupied with food @ all, and that is a blessing!
upon further thought though, 5.4 pounds lost is NOT bad @ all! Actually, it's incredible!!!
Getting my life in order... Spiritually, physically, and mentally! This requires a lot of effort and I must not go back! Have to continue to press on...
