I actually started at around 172 a month ago was the last time a weighed myself. I just didnt record the 172 weight because I was embarrassed. But I am happy to see progress!

I went out to dinner last night with the boyfriend. I think it slightly kicked me out of ketosis..but it is ok, I kept as low carb as possible. I will keep going low carb and check my ketone strips every now and then. I think to keep in ketosis for me I need to stay around 40g of carbs

happy sunday~!

@AgileBee Do you still find you are losing weight doing 75g? The program I am on suggests doing around 40g for 4 weeks then up it to 60g carbs. Thing is I am trying to see how I do, since everyone is different and every diet protocol might not work for everyone. I see so far I range 40g-50g net carbs. It is tough going lower for me because I feel I wont get enough fiber

@Panigale1199 I've lost 20+ lbs since this January. My math and patience aren't at a level to decipher the net carb concept. So for me, a carb is a carb. However, since last month, I strive for 30 g of my daily carb allocation to be insoluble/soluble fiber. Like the idea of cycling or increasing carbs after a while. Thanks for all the ideas!

@AgileBee Wow that is amazing! I hope I am as successful as you ! The hard part for me is trying to keep track of my carbs daily. Sometimes I get lazy. Haha but I think so far things are going ok. I might try to weigh in once a week to see how I do
