YAY! FINALLY I hit the below 150# mark. Sweet! Day 3 on the Bright Line Eating Boot Camp. So much materials to read, watch and participate in - it keeps me progressing forward. The cravings are getting less and less AND vegetables taste really GOOD to me now. Retraining the brain and the tastebuds, one day at a time (ODAT).
149.6 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 19.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Yay for you Ravensfolly. That's got to feel pretty spectacular. I decided to do the Boot Camp, too and signed up for it over the weekend. There are a lot of platforms to complete before actually starting the camp and it's been tough with my brother visiting from Florida. I finally got through the check list and begin the camp on Friday morning. My food plan is written down for tomorrow. Yes, veggies taste better than ever and there is a lot of training. In a weird way this is like being an athlete with the level of immersion, change, dedication and discipline that is required. We ARE Warrior Women. Keep on keeping on. See you in the Hillside.. (?)
