eventhough i havent been doing atkins.. i have cut back on all the crap that i eat alot..i just really hope that i can keep with it.. everytime i start i disappoint myself and end up going off my diet for a few months and have to start all over again.. i have never started something and finish.. which is why i keep on coming back.. cause i really want to do this.. jeez its so freakin hard.. its like you want to loose weight and be healthy but on the other its like you hate being so restricted and its hard to see people eating all the things you wish you could eat.. peer pressure is crazy.
194.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 29.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

heyyy im in the same situation as u are, as is pretty much everyone else on this site!! we're all in this together, we're working toward a common goal!! ive been saying ill start a diet almost every monday for the past year!!! Now, im only 3 days into this one but i know im here to stay. Thhe support on this site is amazing!! im going to work hard to get to goal. It's worth it and you know it, otherwise you wouldnt be here. you made the first step (and im proud of you for that because i know how hard it is) now jsut keep pushing forward!

I love that photo of you. Look, this diet is hard....very hard! Especially starting. Like I told another one of my buddies on here, it took me several time to start to really start and committ to it. Keep trying girl! One good thing about you is that you are very shapely and your weight falls in the right area on your body. Just keep trying! The Holidays are killing us and we just have to push pass them.
