A fourth day of 16/8 IF is about to be completed here and yesterday a very low calorie day 1225 cals but higher carbs at 55g. Average cals for the last four days was 1353. I was hoping for a little instant karma for my efforts but no.
209.9 lb Lost so far: 21.6 lb.    Still to go: 55.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
