Water weight - what happens when you work out hard and the body retains water to cushion the joints. I might complain but I have poly arthritis from an old bout of rheumatic fever so ya take all the cushioning you can get. lol. Not to mention today's the day to up the intensity on my strength training, so I really DO need a little h20 pillow for these joints. We'll see where I'm at next weekend.
201.6 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 51.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
