So glad to see this drop. Been waiting to get below 65 again since December. I only did an hour on the treadmill and an hour strength training this week, but feel like I'm burning more in less time, but will see how it goes next week. Feeling positive! Let's hope the weekend doesn't ruin everything! Have a good one all!!!
