Need to get back onto that wagon. Some emotional issues this weekend put me off exercising this week....even though I know it is the one thing that will get me out of this slumpy feeling :-(
173.7 lb Lost so far: 0.4 lb.    Still to go: 21.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

You know, one of the best tools we have to handle emotional issues is EXERCISE! Exercise releases endomorphism (is that the right word?), and those lighten the mood. If you're not happy - go exercise! It helps! I in particular enjoy a workout when I have had a crazy day at work. It really helps.

Thanks Kingkeld!!! I've learned that that is really true...even though in the past I used to think people were lying when they said so, because I hated working out!!! Finding that it is easier and a lot more fun working out as you are losing weight...kind of like a not so vicious circle!!! Thank you always for your positive motivation!!!
