Ok so a lot happened last year and i fell off the wagon (and landed in cheesecake)so at 40 and almost 400 lbs I decided to get off my rump and start again with the low crab high fiber lifestyle that works best for me started induction on 1/30/12 at 379.9 lbs weighed in this morning at 371 so hoping to be 350 by 4/6/12 with some excessive i might even beat my goal.
370.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 215.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
