Very excited about this weight... My friend is visting and I AM NOT UP!!! I am craving carbs like crazy (anything that is made of dough) Things are looking good.. cant wait to see how much I weigh once she leaves...
161.0 lb Lost so far: 8.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.1 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
