Well the scale was 100% consistent today - no matter where I placed it or how many different ways I stood on it I had the same weight each time. I'll be curious to see what it says tomorrow! I think it's off because my soon to be ex uses it as well and he greatly exceeds the maximum weight of the scale. I refuse to buy a new scale until I move out because I don't want him to ruin another one.
222.5 lb Lost so far: 42.5 lb.    Still to go: 42.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
