Very happy this morning 😁 Finally under 11st, couldn't wait till Friday to record it. Back in work today with a smile on my face and a spring in my step!
153.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
